Why UX

Creating order from chaos: design is an extension of that constant neuron-firing process of boiling things down to its essence, something I don't tire from.
One head, many hats
Having worked on User Experience (UX) design,  I have developed a deeper appreciation for the process of creation. From slipping into the shoes of each user journey, to laying out the information architecture or just a simple process flow, emphatizing with users is the first step.
Through this process, critiquing my personal work with the lens of a UX designer really helps ensure that my work interacts appropriately with the intended audience.
Preparing multiple plans and approaches to solving problems have been really fun brain-teasing journeys. Shifting perspectives on the fly to develop solutions have been really enjoyable as well.
Pleasant little surprises
Overcoming fear and dare to try new iterations, you'd never know what cool new styles you actually would like!
A stepping stone into a larger design career
Truth be told, as much as I have enjoyed doing UX design, I feel that I would want to dive into a much bolder design career in architecture. I am glad for this early stepping stone with almost 2 years of interaction design work.

Who knows, I might have some useful tricks up my sleeve?
